Parties under 20 guests -You can order and pay individually from the window

A grill cook is required for parties of 20 or more for an additional $100.00. If you are planning to have a grill cook we need to know two weeks before the party date.

* *If you will be having a grill cook you will then go to our website www.santanflat.com

1) click the parties page

2) allow your guests to choose items from the party menu

3) provide San Tan Flat with a list of your desired menu choices via e-mail at santanflat_yahoo.com or by fax at 480-888-9815 at least one week prior to your party.

All food must be pre- ordered w/ grill cook option

**No outside food or drink allowed (except cakes)

Drinks can be purchased individually –or- You can start a party tab at the bar with a credit card. We will provide you with drink tickets if you require them.

**Food and drinks will be on separate tabs and can be paid for at end of evening w/ Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Cash

**18% gratuity will be added to all tabs that have a grill cook

The room holds 30 to 40 people…. If more room is needed we will reserve the tables outside in front of the room w/ fire pits to accommodate your party

You are allowed to decorate if you wish

You will have the room from 11:00 a.m. to close

Everyone under the age of 21 has to leave when the kitchen closes. The kitchen closes at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Our burgers are fresh-ground daily on site, hand-pattied, seasoned with our “San Tan Burger Spice”. Served on a freshly-baked bun. Dished up with BBQ potato chips, coleslaw or add a baked potato for $1.00 (Baked potato served after 4:00 p.m.).
